1. Service Description

Get Close Testers provides closed testing services for mobile applications. Our service includes:

  • Guaranteed Testing: We provide 15+ testers for 14 continuous days
  • Daily Activity Logs: Regular updates on testing progress
  • Feedback Reports: Comprehensive feedback and actionable insights
  • Compliance Support: Assistance with Google Play Store requirements

2. Guarantee Scope - Testing vs Code Rejection

What We Guarantee:

We guarantee testing-related approval. If your app is rejected due to testing-related issues, we will continue testing until approval is achieved at no additional cost.

  • Insufficient testing activity or duration
  • Missing or incomplete tester feedback
  • Testing compliance requirements not met
  • Community engagement issues

What We Do NOT Cover:

We do not cover code-related rejections. If your app is rejected due to code issues, you are responsible for fixing these issues before resubmission.

  • App crashes, bugs, or technical errors in your code
  • Violation of Google Play content policies
  • Intellectual property violations
  • Malware or security vulnerabilities in your app
  • Inappropriate content or functionality
  • Missing required permissions or API compliance
  • Performance issues caused by code inefficiencies

Important: If your app is rejected for code-related issues, you must fix these issues and resubmit. We will then continue providing testing services for the resubmitted version.

3. Service Terms

3.1 Testing Duration

Our standard closed testing package includes 14 days of continuous testing with 15+ active testers. The testing period begins once your app is successfully added to our testing community.

3.2 Retesting Policy

If your app is rejected due to testing-related issues, we will provide additional testing cycles at no extra cost until approval is achieved. For code-related rejections, you must fix the issues before we can resume testing.

3.3 Money Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee if we fail to deliver the promised testing services (15+ testers for 14 days) due to our fault. This guarantee does not apply to code-related rejections or if you fail to provide necessary app access or information.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide a functional app that meets basic quality standards
  • Ensure your app complies with Google Play content policies
  • Provide necessary app access credentials and information
  • Fix any code-related issues identified during testing
  • Respond to our communications in a timely manner
  • Ensure your app does not contain malware or violate intellectual property rights

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required before testing services begin. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are available only if we fail to deliver the promised testing services due to our fault. No refunds will be provided for code-related rejections or if you cancel the service after testing has begun.

6. Limitation of Liability

Get Close Testers is not responsible for:

  • Code-related app rejections or issues
  • Delays caused by your failure to provide necessary information or access
  • Changes in Google Play Store policies that affect your app
  • Third-party service interruptions or issues
  • Any damages resulting from code bugs, security vulnerabilities, or policy violations in your app
